Another outdoor space brought back to life by the team at Mayes Property Services. This project involved the installation of 30m² of Raj Blend Indian Stone, replacing an existing patio that had failed and suffered significant settlement over time. We excavated the area, rebuilt the sub-base to current standards, and created a solid, long-lasting foundation before laying the new paving. The existing fish pond, originally constructed in 1998, had deteriorated due to age and rot. We completely rebuilt and modernised the structure, creating a robust and attractive feature that will continue to be enjoyed for many years to come.
